Maxime was manufactured in Belgium in the 80’s and shipped to Quebec in 2013 after a short stop in Shanghai where he met a few Quebecers that wanted to adopt him. We must say, it didn’t come as a surprise as Belgians and Quebecers share a lot of values together. They also have a deep passion for beers and food that keeps you warm during cold times.

In his wildest dream, Maxime wanted to build a meaningful start-up. He has always been attracted by how passionate and united the entrepreneurial community was and was looking for a mission where he could have a real impact.

It is where he discovered the coworking movement. After working in a coworking space, he realized with Donovan, that the same values were found in the industry, and they could help them by building a much better tool. Independent communities weren’t part of a network that reflected the spirit of the movement and space management softwares had limited flexibility and user-friendliness.

This is how Nucli’s mission started. To create the most flexible and user friendly coworking space software that also empowers local and international communities of like-minded (yet diverse!) people.
